The Chair for Application Systems is co-organizing the International Workshop on Integrated Social Customer Relationship Management (iCRM2024) for the ninth time. It is co-located with the 23nd IEEE/WIC/ACM International Conference on Web Intelligence and Intelligent Agent Technology (WI-IAT24), which will take place between December 09-12, 2024 in Bangkok, Thailand. 

Besides the physical venue, the conference will also permit online participation. All papers will be subject to a double-blind peer review and will be published in the IEEE library. Thus, if you are working on topics related to innovative customer-oriented themes, do consider submitting your work by August 15, 2024.
