About us
The Professorship of Economics (in particular Institutional Economics of the Environment) has existed since 2008 as a joint appointment by Leipzig University and the Helmholtz Centre for Environmental Research – UFZ.
Degree programmes
We offer courses in the fields of environmental and microeconomics. Furthermore, we supervise students in writing their final thesis.
Research
The research activities of the chair mainly take place at the Helmholtz Centre for Environmental Research - UFZ in Leipzig.
