ISLYE promotes the mobility of student entrepreneurs between the university locations of the Arqus-Alliance. The respective university incubators offer individual and free information services that help young entrepreneurs to optimise their business strategies with regard to the specific profiles of the respective national target markets.
The Arqus ISLYE programme is divided into two main phases:
- Phase 1 (September to December 2020): digital support and training (with coaching and mentoring sessions)
- Phase 2 (from 2021): international mobility

Eligible to participate are student entrepreneurs from all Arqus universities and cooperating incubators whose business models have an international orientation or are striving for such an orientation. Ideally, the applicants' projects are already in the marketing phase. Projects that are still in the test phase or that are about to enter a more complex development and market entry phase are also eligible to apply.
The Arqus network is an alliance of the European universities of Bergen, Granada, Graz, Leipzig, Lyon, Padova and Vilnius.
