With the participation of Prof. Dr. Utz Dornberger (Leipzig University) in the Jury of the Industrial Innovation Award, eight Egyptian companies presented their inspiring industrial innovations to compete for this year’s industrial innovation award in Egypt. Mr. Ahmed Reda, Associate Minister for Industrial Affairs at the Ministry of Trade and Industry, and Mr. Uwe Gehlen, Head of the German Development Cooperation at the German Embassy Cairo gave the keynote speeches during the event.

The Industrial Innovation Award is held by the Ministry of Trade and Industry in cooperation with GIZ Egypt through the Promotion of Small and Medium Enterprises Project (PSME), on behalf of the German government.
