Claudia, founder of Leipzig small business Heldenküche, instructed our Summer School participants in preparing a German Lentil Soup. We were very delighted that even our participants located in the Philippines and Cambodcha joined us, for whom it was middle of the night due to time zones.
In the 3 hours cooking with Claudia there was a lot of fun for everybody. Some were accompanied by family members or friends. And in the end all showed their dish into the camera for the others to see.
Upcoming Thursday we will go for another round of Cooking German Food, this time Schnitzel with Parsley Potatoes and Carrots. Be curious!
