The first week was packed with activities, on the main agenda we kicked off with the intercultural workshop to learn about how to handle ourselves in the IDEAS multicultural environment. Participants also learnt about innovation which was facilitated by Vesa Vuorinen and had an opportunity to play an innovation game developed by one of the SEPT MBA graduates Brenda Irala. The week ended with participants developing their business cases through using the business model canvas facilitated by our colleagues from SMiLe and the first coaching session.
In addition to the main learning activities, participants had a chance to go on a Leipzig walking tour and visited the German contemporary history museum. We even had a cooking session where we collaboratively cooked our dinner!
We are looking forward to the next three weeks which are lined up with many more interesting activities. Stay tuned for more updates!
