The EMAT training aims to expand and round off existing knowledge within export management by imparting skills and methods in areas such as export planning and management, international negotiation skills, intercultural competences, export financing, delivery and customs issues, among others.
The participants of EMAT training will implement obtained knowledge in a practical way by working on real case studies delivered by German SMEs.
The training will be held in Leipzig as an in-house seminar as well as online.
