Abstract
Karl Specht is a research associate at the Chair of Energy Management and Sustainability with Prof. Dr. Thomas Bruckner at the Institute for Infrastructure and Resource Management (IIRM) at the University of Leipzig.
His research focuses on techno-economic energy system modelling and he is involved in the further development of the institute's own energy system model IRPopt.
He is also involved in the projects HYPOS (hydrogen storage study) and SPARCS (citizen-driven energy transition).
